General Terms and Conditions

Payment and Guarantee:

Non-Refundable Rate: Full payment (100%) is required via Instant Bank Transfer at the time of booking. The credit must be received before the check-in date to guarantee access to the property.

Standard Rate (Flexible): Booking can be guaranteed with a credit card. Payment can be settled at the property upon arrival (Check-in) via card (POS) or cash (within legal limits).

Tourist Tax: A tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night is not included in the room price and must be paid on-site upon arrival.

Online Check-in and Privacy (Recommended): For faster service and data security, we highly recommend using our Online Check-in via the Guest Portal before arrival. This allows us to avoid handling paper copies of your ID, ensuring better protection of your privacy. All data provided (online or on-site) will be processed exclusively for legal obligations (Police "Alloggiati Web" communication) and in full compliance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

House Rules: Check-in from 3:00 PM | Check-out by 10:30 AM. Please respect quiet hours (11:00 PM - 08:00 AM). Smoking is strictly forbidden indoors. Guests are liable for any damage to the property or furnishings.

SAS (Data Controller) exclusively for providing the requested tourism services, tax compliance, and mandatory communication to Public Security authorities.
